Ashley is the primary consultant and owner of Ashley Ryan Consulting LLC. Ashley was previously the executive director at the Women’s Recovery Center (WRC) in Cleveland, Ohio. At WRC, she and the team increased revenue by 40% from 2018 to 2022 (from $700,000 to a $1.2 million budget) and led the organization to achieve Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in 2021. Ashley also has experience in health and welfare benefit plan compliance and human resources consulting. Ashley managed HIPAA (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) compliance projects for large corporations across the United States. 

Earlier in her career, Ashley offered her expertise to WTW by facilitating various compliance, financial, plan design, pricing, and forecasting efforts for large health and welfare plans. Ashley also managed HIPAA compliance projects for Fortune 500 corporations across the United States. Ashley achieved her MPA from the University of North Carolina in August 2022. Ashley has her Project Management Professional (PMP). Ashley is pursuing her Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Licensure (LCDC) II in 2024. Ashley holds a bachelor’s in mathematics.
