Ashley is the primary consultant and owner of Ashley Ryan Consulting LLC. Ashley was previously the executive director at the Women’s Recovery Center (WRC) in Cleveland, Ohio. At WRC, she and the team increased revenue by 40% from 2018 to 2022 (from $700,000 to a $1.2 million budget) and led the organization to achieve Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in 2021. Ashley also has experience in health and welfare benefit plan compliance and human resources consulting. Ashley project managed HIPAA (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) compliance projects for large corporations across the United States. She is credentialed as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), passed several Society of Actuaries Exams, and has her Ohio Life and Health & Accident License. Ashley achieved her MPA from the University of North Carolina in August 2022. She is also pursuing her Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) credentials by mid-2023. Ashley holds a bachelor's degree in actuarial science/mathematics from The Ohio State University
